But there are problems. A latex garment is not able to breathe so sweat builds up underneath it.  The slave may have difficulty putting on something that is tight and only slightly stretchy, and also have difficulty getting it off. Garments are often thin so they can easily rip and cannot be repaired so it is often a good idea to use a lubricant or spray to make it easier for the material to slip over the skin. Another problem is that a slave in rubber or latex loses a lot of their control of temperature. If the environment is hot he will get very hot indeed, sweat, and almost “cook in his own juice”. A tattoo is for life so for a slave to get tattooed with a logo for Mistress, Her name or some mark to designate him as a slave is a big step.

But it can be small and not conspicuous. A slave who has been introduced to male chastity by his Mistress will move to being under a chastity contract to define his situation. This is a similar contract to that which he may have for his slavery as a whole, but because male chastity is such a specific part of his being a slave there is often a specific contract to cover this as well.

A contract allows the slave and the Mistress to discuss its contents and the consequences of signing a contract with the responsibilities both will have for each other. It sets things out formally, and allows a formal though non-legally binding agreement between them and makes sure that the consent of the slave to his slavery and in this case his chastity is fully understood, explicit and agreed.

Initially this contract will only be for a limited period of a few weeks but then when it is seen by both the Mistress and the slave to work it can be renewed for a longer period. Most chastity contracts need to be reconsidered at yearly intervals. The only situation when a contract is no longer of use is when the slave moves from being a slave to a deeper level of slavery where he becomes the property of his Mistress. Then there cannot be a contract which supposes that both parties are free to sign, but a memorandum of understanding so that both Mistress and slave know the situation.

Here is a sample contract, with the name Michael used for the slave who is agreeing to be placed in chastity for a period. Michael agrees to enter male chastity, whether with his penis and ball sack locked in a male chastity device or whether he is without any device but held on his honour not to masturbate or ejaculate. The Mistress agrees to be his key holder and to supervise his male chastity and to support him through the process and when there are difficulties. Michael agrees that he will be kept in total chastity with no opportunity to ejaculate or orgasm except when the Mistress gives explicit permission for him to be released. The Mistress agrees that she will be open and fair to Michael in deciding on any release, but may tease him, suggest possible release then decide against it, and make her own decisions on when she wants him released. Michael agrees that even if he begs for release or to be unlocked this will only occur if his Mistress decides it, unless there are extenuating circumstances including illness, accident, disease, or injury.

He realises that begging for release may lead to his period in the device being prolonged. He also realises that he may be sentenced to further periods in chastity if he displeases or fails his Mistress in any way.

Michael will be permitted to be unlocked to attend medical examinations or to pass through airport type security but the device must be re applied once this has happened. The Mistress promises to support Michael in all his endeavours in male chastity to the fullest extent possible,   Michael can beg for an extension of the period in male chastity at any time but this will not be enacted without a specific discussion and agreement of the conditions of this extension The Mistress has unconditional and irrevocable control of Michael’s orgasms and can permit or deny them for any reason at any time.  Conditions of release are at the Mistress’s sole discretion but it is not intended that this contract will lead to cessation of orgasms for Michael, only that they will be under the total control of the Mistress. They have already identified that this is something he wants to do, and he realises the size of the commitment they are making. That is why they are writing it out in the form of a legal contract.
