Fantasies bring up so many interesting ideas of how to be a slave and what a Mistress can do with him but they are not always practical or fit with reality. Many slaves have a life outside of their slavery which includes a partner and home life so time with Mistress will be limited. Most slaves have a job so they are further constrained though being “at work” can be an excuse not to be home early and a flexible work plan can allow for regular time with Mistress.
But some things are not always possible or desirable. A slave who has a job may be expected to go to work in a collar, ankle chains, chastity and a corset but only if all of this can be hidden underneath their clothing and they do not need to go through security at work.
A slave who has a separate home life may desire to have nipples pierced, be branded or to be tattooed with his Mistress’s name but this is not easy to hide and could lead to catastrophe.

Caning can bruise and nipples may bleed and be bruised after a particularly active session and this must be hidden as well.
But there are things that may be possible. A slave may be able to wear a butt plug at night if his partner “never goes there”, or to be sent for a Brazilian wax. As long as he is able to look “normal” at home so many things are possible.
But reality also has to apply to what happens when the slave is with Mistress. If there is time then it might seem possible to keep a slave locked away in a cage for long periods of days or longer but how is he to be able to pass urine (into a bottle, catheterised, or connected to a bag?) or open his bowels. Mistress does not want a stinking mess in Her cage.
Similarly a slave could be kept without food or water for long periods but he will become dehydrated and weak without adequate fluid, and without food or hydration he can become ill and not be able to cope with what Mistress has planned for him. Of course Mistress defines what he may eat or drink, how he is to approach it, when he is allowed food or drink and this gives Her enormous power over the slave. But he does need to receive food and drink to be able to function properly as a slave. Just because all fantasies are not possible does not mean that the reality that can happen is not amazing. Reality is always better than fantasy because it is true.
