E is for Enemas

An enema is a quantity of fluid given up inside the anus of a slave. It fills the bowel, and loosens anything there. Then it is expelled and leaves the bowel empty and ready to use in play. The fluid needs to be neither too hot or too cold and run in steadily so as not to damage the bowel. A couple of pints or a litre and a half can be given but many enemas are much smaller in amount. The more that is put in the harder to hold it in and the greater the need of the slave to get to a toilet so he can empty his bowels.  There are systems used by alternative therapists to allow them to irrigate the bowels with larger quantities of fluid and this is termed colonic irrigation where fluid is run in and out to empty the colon.

Enemas are administered medically when the bowel needs to be emptied for an examination, or when the patient is very constipated. They can be used as part of “medical” play.

When a slave is made to place themselves so a nozzle can be inserted into their anus, and they are forced to stay still whilst they are filled and wait for Mistress to allow them to empty themselves it is a major humiliation for the slave. His bodily functions and even whether he becomes incontinent of mess depends on his total obedience and how far his Mistress wants to go. She can put in a couple of pints of fluid so he feels so filled up, then make him wait and hold it all in until he leaks, then punish him for his failure. Men like to be clean and know that their bowels are under control. Anything that takes this away is humiliating, and to be placed in this situation by Mistress really shows Her power.
