A slave can be expected to lose weight or to stay at an ideal weight decided by Mistress. She may impose food restriction with exercise regimes. She does not want a fat, flabby slave but one who is slim and toned to Her specifications.

Weights can be added to bondage to make things difficult for the slave. He may be made to carry heavy weights up and down stairs until he is exhausted, particularly if he is made to do the exercise in chains or manacles. He can be required to move 1000 Kg of soil or rocks from one part of the garden to another and then back again. He can be put to “hard labour”.
