Many men are fat and flabby and have lost any muscle they had when they were young. This is not the sort of slave that most Mistresses want. They want a slave who is fit and has good muscles. he may need to be on all fours for hours as a footstool or seat, and to keep in a single position until Mistress allows movement. He may be needed to carry heavy loads or even to pull a cart with Mistress in it. Mistress wants him fit and will wish him to exercise to get this.
Mistress can give the slave an exercise regime to start to toughen him up. He can be made to practice sit ups and press ups and to stand on his toes. If Mistress is going to make him wear high heels, he will need to learn to stand tall.

Once he is on a regime Mistress can expect him to do it every day and to demonstrate the exercises in front of Her. Once he can do something to Her satisfaction She can increase the load and the number of exercises.
Some slaves can be set to join a gym and to take formal fitness classes, use weights, or to walk to work 3-5 miles a day instead of taking the car. The slave can be made to run on the spot or up and down stairs until he is ready to collapse, and all the time Mistress is doing it for his own good. He can be expected to use the stairs instead of a life at work, even in a 10 storey tower block. Of course there is no reason why Mistress will necessarily want to make things easy for the slave. he may be required always to do his sit ups with a butt plug in place, or stimulated with the electrics if his exercising in front of Her is not as good as She would wish.
She has so many implements to “encourage” the slave, both used when he is exercising for Her and also a punishment if he misses out on his daily exercises or fails to get as fit as She wishes.
The slave can have his food controlled to make sure he is not eating junk food, his fluid intake monitored to make him drink more, and his weight checked to see he is losing weight. Exercise, diet and total weight are all under the control of Mistress. Whatever the slave is doing or wherever he has to go he can be required to stick to Her diet, her exercise regime and to be the weight She wants. This all gives mistress the body She desires on Her slave, a slave fit to serve Her.
Mistress has me on a diet regime, and an exercise regime currently of sit ups and press ups. She inspects me to see i am getting fitter and checks my weight. She controls these areas of my life as much as She does others with chastity, chains and a collar.
