Many pictures of slaves being chastised show them shackled to an X-shaped frame. This is commonly seen in professional dungeons but not an easy thing to have around the average house.
The advantage of the X-position is that the slave is secured with arms spread above his head and legs apart. he cannot put his legs together to protect himself. he is in an ideal position for flogging, nipple play, or CBT. he cannot resist. But if he has difficulty moving his arms above his head, the position is difficult to maintain.
If Mistress has no space for an X-frame, an alternative is to have a number of ring bolts on the floor or wall. The slave can be attached to them with legs spread and arms secured. The ring bolts may need to be camouflaged in an average house and hidden behind furniture, but it does not take long to have a slave shackled, ready for action.
